Heart + Hand Safety Training

Learn lifesaving, high-quality, universal CPR for adults, children and infants. Our classes are open to everyone, regardless of experience level. We teach you the skills and knowledge needed to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies.

BLS is advanced CPR designed for healthcare professionals. Classes include in-person training, skills evaluation, opioid overdose & choking training and same-day certification. There is no separate certification exam fee.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support is an advanced course for healthcare professionals who care for adults or pediatric patients in urgent or critical situations.

An add-on course tailored for at-risk individuals exposed to blood and bodily fluids in their workplace. Essential topics include how bloodborne pathogens are spread, methods to prevent exposure and steps to take if contact with infectious materials occurs. Training complies with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens standard requirements.

Specifically tailored to teach the youth and caregivers essentials pediatric first aid, choking rescue, and infant/child CPR. Other topics include emergency response to allergic reactions, basic wound care and safety protocols. Ideal for individuals ages 11-16

ALL training includes a complimentary AED (automated external defibrillator), choking and harm reduction training at no extra cost to you.

Training provides life-saving chest compression demonstrations, AED walkthrough, choking relief techniques, and basic first aid simply for personal knowledge. Offered at a discounted price, this is ideal for large group settings, conferences and events. Non-certified.
